Producing your order has now been completed. We now
enter stage 2 of the process – the delivery.
An efficient logistics service plays an important part of
our business as 95% of all orders are produced outside of
the UK. With a growing international client base, we chose
Transglobal Express to handle all collections from our
European manufacturing partners, and the return to the
UK for nationwide deliveries. Their warehouse close to
Heathrow airport makes it ideal for the air freight
requirements that they also handle to a growing number
of our foreign clients.
In addition to deliveries, Transglobal also handles any
fulfilment requests we receive from clients, and if
required, storage on pallets for a quick call-off for urgent
deliveries to our clients in central London.

Highly important is the paperwork also handled by the
Transglobal team for dealing with all the necessary
courier and customs requirements. The bespoke software
used by Transglobal makes the task of providing accurate
and essential documentation for every order very easy
for us to provide to our individual supply partners. The
behind-the-scenes’ paperwork for your order will include
a packing list, invoice & security declaration, bar coded
airway bill and tracking labels.
