Importing

We Import sugar because it enables us to offer you packaging formats that’s simply not available in the UK in small quantities such as different shaped sachets and single or double wrapped sugar cubes which we import via the synergy of an extensive international supplier network. We collaborate with companies who have their own specialised sugar filling machinery, that’s geared to fill a wide range of creative sugar packaging in a range of materials including paper, kraft paper, glassine, and transparent film.

Importing also enables us to offer the eco conscious customer, paper that has no plastic (PE) lining and is biodegradable, recyclable, and compostable. No other UK based company currently offers this service.

 

Exporting

Our service soon got noticed by companies around the globe who were also unable to source what they wanted in their own country. At first, we thought there may be a few foreign hotels who would seek our offering but in addition to hotels, we now export to companies that covers a very wide range of commerce including:

From receipt of your logo, we will follow your brief or design and produce quality visuals so that you can view how the end packaging will look, and once approved we will then prepare the production artwork for your own bespoke sugar packaging and arrange the production. We will then arrange to send it to wherever in the world you are via UPS, FedEx or DHL whether that be a few cartons or by the pallet load, direct to your business address.

For all deliveries to countries outside of the UK.

Customs can sometimes present issues and so we like to have as much information about your company including any Tax numbers, EORI numbers that customs may require.

Apart from the freight costs, all import taxes, duties, or associated courier or customs clearance administration charges for all consignments shall be paid for by the receiver, as set out by the Tax rules relating to the country importing the goods. Note, we are unable to correspond on your behalf with any customs or import tax issues with countries outside of the UK. Should any issues arise, we shall ask the specific freight company delivering the goods for their advice and let you have the phone number of the local office for you to contact together with copies of the airway bill etc.

 

 Exporting to the USA & Canada

We have appointed a US agent to communicate with the FDA (Food and Drink Administration), and now welcome enquiries from both the USA and Canada.
