Our standard sugar stick is 80mm in length and is filled with 3g of white or brown sugar (or sweetener) Sticks, are known in the trade as ‘round sticks’ because there is no clean edge to the top and bottom of the stick and any graphics not positioned correctly will disappear around the top or bottom of the stick. Sticks also have a seam running along the total length on the back, that makes it impossible to repeat the graphics on the top of the stick.

In addition to white and brown paper, the sticks can also be produced using cellophane.
In addition to seeing the contents, it also means that the sticks do not have to mention the ‘white’ or ‘brown’ sugar as its obvious what they contain, saving the cost on printing plates!

Longer sticks can be produced that are 100mm in length. These sticks hold a generous 4g of both white and brown sugar.

A repetitive use of the ‘Ralphs Coffee’ logo was the order for this set of 100mm long sticks that were produced for 4g of white and brown sugar plus Stevia sweetener for the clients stores and customised trucks around Europe.

Unlike the ‘Round Sticks’ we can offer these flat sticks that have a definite top and bottom edge. Both white and brown 3g sugar can be filled in these flat sticks that are approx. 80mm long 20mm wide.
